International Collaboration for Community Development & Empowerment (INCCODE) is a registered International NGO that works with the government and other organizations to empower children, youth, parents, teachers and adults in the rural and urban areas of Kenya. The beneficiary groups have varied living standards which have a bearing on the level their community participation and understanding of issues that they face. INCCODE comes up with practical solutions that address specific problems which forms the basis of the NGO’s practice. INCCODE identifies the gaps that exist within an individual and within the society and comes in to bridge such gaps.
